Role overview
- Conduct regular safety inspections across production, warehouse, and other factory areas.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
- Monitor machinery safety, fire protection systems, emergency exits, and PPE compliance.
- Investigate workplace incidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records & Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

Full role details
- 2–4 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG is preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and fire safety.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001, GMP, and HACCP principles.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
