Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines connecting varied source systems to analytical environments and Power BI.
Full-Stack Execution: Balance back-end data engineering (ETL/ELT, architecture, pipeline orchestration) with front-end activities (dashboarding and Power Platform solutions). Process Automation: Integrate RPA tools (UiPath or equivalent) into existing workflows to streamline cross-system data processes. Autonomous AI Initiatives: Scrape requirements, scope, and deliver emerging Agentic AI projects independently. End-to-End Ownership: Lead project delivery lifecycle from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple continents and time zones in fluent English.
Required Qualifications Mandatory Experience: Direct, hands-on background in both Data Engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Project Leadership: Proven ability to take complete ownership of complex data projects end-to-end. Communication: Business-level English fluency for daily interaction with international stakeholders. Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity, analytical rigor, and a strong sense of personal accountability over raw years of service.
